Acacia Creek is committed to providing value-based pricing and services. This means, quite simply, that we are committed to offering you a spacious and light-filled home, a friendly community in a beautiful environment and compassionate care at reasonable prices.

Because we are leasing land owned by the Masonic Homes, we are able to keep our pricing below prevailing market rates in California. Our commitment is to create a new retirement option that fulfills your desire for affordable, value-based services reflective of your lifestyle.

We have created a financial structure that provides excellent services and amenities for a one-time entrance fee and a monthly maintenance fee. The amount of each fee is based on the type and size of the unit you choose, as well as the level of care you require.

Residents will receive unique benefits that make Acacia Creek an even better value. These benefits include:

  • A 90% Refundable Entry Fee to help you preserve your financial future and your legacy for your loved ones
  • Discounted Monthly Service Fees if you ever need assisted living, memory support or skilled nursing care
  • Ten (10) complimentary, temporary skilled nursing days each year
  • Eight hours of complimentary move-in assistance


Additionally, the IRS may recognize a portion of both the entry fee and the monthly fee as a prepaid medical expense deduction. In addition, because Acacia Creek is a not-for-profit organization, gifts made to the community may be tax deductible. Residents are encouraged to check with their personal tax advisors regarding any possible tax deductions related to residency.
