How to Become a Resident

To become a resident of Acacia Creek, all you do is:

• Pay a $1000 Priority Fee (fully refundable) to enter the Acacia Creek program.
• Reserve your new home at Acacia Creek by making a 10% Reservation Deposit.
• Sign a Reservation Deposit Agreement.

All reservation Deposits will be held in an interest-bearing escrow account at US Bank, and they are fully refundable according to the terms of the Deposit Agreement.

Depositor Benefits Include:

• A 90% Refundable Entry Fee
• Invitations to exclusive Depositors Events
• Discounted Monthly Service Fees if you ever need assisted living, memory support or skilled nursing care
• Ten (10) complimentary skilled nursing days each year
• Eight hours of comlimentary move-in assistance
