Q: What are the requirements for residency at one of Acacia Creek’s campuses?
A: To be eligible for residency at one of our Acacia Creek campuses, you must be a California Master Mason in good standing or the wife, widow, or mother of such a Mason and you must be at least 60 years of age. If you would like to enter Acacia Creek as a couple, each of you must be 60 years of age or older. Additionally, you must be financially able to meet the terms of the Acacia Creek Resident and Care Agreement.
Q: What type of retirement community is Acacia Creek?
A: Our Acacia Creek campuses are non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Communities, often referred to as “CCRCs.” As a CCRC, Acacia Creek will offer you access to the following levels of care and support:
Note that these fees will vary based on the size and type of residence you select and by the level of care you require. To learn more about these fees, please contact our Marketing Office.
Q: What is the difference between the Traditional Entry Fee plan and the Returnable Entry Fee plan?
A: Our Refundable plan is designed to help you preserve your financial future and your legacy. Under this plan, you will pay an entrance fee when you first move to Acacia Creek that is 100% refundable to you or your heirs when you leave the community. Those who make a reservation after November 30, 2007 for the Union City campus and early 2008 for the Covina campus (date to be announced shortly) will receive a 90% refund of the entrance fee.
We also offer a limited number of homes under our Traditional plan. This allows you to pay a lower entry fee than the Refundable plan; however, no money will be returned to you or your heirs after 36 months of residence at Acacia Creek.
